Delete customers from back in stock alert waitlists in bulk
Now, you can select any product or variant that has customers waiting for back in stock alerts and select multiple to delete in bulk. Use this if a customer reaches out to remove their email or phone number from upcoming alerts.
To do this action, go to "Reports > Products in Demand".
Select a variant and then multi-select the requests that you would like to delete.
Click "Delete" in the top right corner to delete all selected signups.
Note the following limitations and restrictions on deleting customers from the waitlist.
Customers that are already notified cannot be deleted.
The above feature is only available for "Group by variant" view under "Products in Demand" section.
We will support the same for other views such as "Group by product" or "Current waitlist" in future updates.
